SiriusPartner's top-level management is a professional board of directors that helps to develop our strategic focus and to ensure the development of the company. The objective is for SiriusPartner to continue to be the leading supplier of management training and team building to the Danish business community. The Board of Directors comprises the following people:
Susanne Palsten (Chairman of the Board) works as a management consultant at Copenhagen Consulting Company (CoCoCo). She works with strategy and business development and the transformation of companies across industries. Other subjects include optimising sales processes and sales management, change management, performance management and coaching. Susanne has a Masters degree in International Marketing & Management from the Copenhagen Business School (CBS) and has previously worked for IBM Business Consulting and PA Consulting Group.
Poul Hedegaard has a Masters degree in Political Science from Aarhus University and an MBA from EIPM, Geneva. He is the head of the Knowledge centre in the Centre for Management, with responsibility for management development and has worked for a number of years with management and organisation development with his own company, as director in ICL / Fujitsu Invia and in the company DIEU.
