Eva Charlotte Olsson
Process consultant and coach. Eva has a masters degree in communication and psychology from Roskilde University and is educated as a Lean consultant and social worker. Since 2001, she has worked with expertise and organisation development from, among other places, her own company Ecomm. Her main areas of expertise are establishing teams, developing strategy and as a personal coach. Eva has wide experience as a process consultant, where she has, among other things, exploited the open-air life as an educational tool. Eva also has a lot of experience in the public sector as, among other things, social worker and prevention and development consultant.

Rasmus Jacobsen
Rasmus is a partner and director in Plus performance. He works with performance training with Èlite athletes and business performers. Rasmus is a trained Chaos pilot and has worked with organisation and management development since 1996. He has specialised in performance training (especially in Èlite sport) and coaching, but he also works with team and organisation development on a larger scale. He has consultant experience as co-founder and partner in Inkorpi and as a trainee in BDO Scanfutura. Rasmus has also had a lot of experience as a professional ski instructor and skating and ice hockey trainer. He is also a certified hypnotist and hypnotherapist from NGH (National Guild of Hypnotists, USA).
