Asger Fredslund
Founder and partner. The Sirius man has done service in the Defence force's special unit. He was educated at DTU (Denmark's Technical University), majoring in organisation theory and development. His main areas of work are daily management, lectures, course management for foreign courses, development concepts for companies, coaching and internal supervision. Asger is a certified coach at Linkage in London. He was employed at Coloplast and Novo Nordisk as an engineer.

Christian Leth-Nissen
Christian is, today's managing director. He is a trained teacher and a certified NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) Master Practitioner. He has been an elite level handball trainer since 1997. In addition to being a DHF (Danish Handball Association) instructor, he has had the highest possible training in handball; European Master Coach. For the last 8 years Christian has been a trainer in the men's handball league and the 1st division. He has a lot of experience with development and coaching of teams, as well as individuals. Christian also has many years teaching experience from his days as a teacher as well as a course manager.

Kent Aalborg
MSc. HRM from Copenhagen Business School, specializing in The Learning Organisation, process consultant trained and certified in the JTI, MBTI and DiSC-Personal Profile. Kent has worked more than 10 yearswith leadership development as an internal HR consultant in Copenhagen Airport and VELUX. Kent has played ice hockey at the elite level for 14 years and has seven years of training experience from the elite series and the first division. Kent's primary focus is performance, leadership- and team development.

Kenneth Hanning
Kenneth has a Master degree in HRM from Copenhagen Business School. The recent years he has worked as a process consultant with special focus on team and leadership development. Kenneth is one of four Danes who have completed the international education as a professional Mountain Guide UIAGM / IFMGA. He has been an expedition leader for groups and management teams in the mountains around the world. What started as an interest for physical challenges and experiences in the mountains has evolved into more process-oriented development courses.

Kim Hildebrandt
Educated at CBS in Economics & Philosophy, and Interaction Design at ITU. Kim has worked as a process consultant with team and management development since 2001. Kim is passionate about development of High Performance Teams and the development of innovative learning processes. Kim has a natural ability to motivate others and facilitate personal development. Kim has extensive experience in starting up new business units and entrepreneurial businesses.

Andreas G. Jørgensen
Andreas is our IT expert and has overall responsibility for the company's business systems. Andreas is also in charge of setting up and establishing the tracks in connection with the "SIRIUS GPS Challenge" concept, using high technology and GPS. In addition, Andreas has been in the Royal Life Guards.
