Values

In SiriusPartner we strive to create a balance between our customers' business-related development and the personal development of their employees. We are known for making things happen for our customers - by virtue both of results and necessary change and of the way we handle the development process.

A distinctive feature is our creative and varied learning processes. A typical SiriusPartner process is characterised by activities, games, exercises and time for reflection. Time for reflection is very important to us, as learning does not become realisation until we have the chance to become absorbed without interruption.

VISION
Our vision is to be an international company that develops expertise, known for developing people and organisations, effectively and quickly.

Our expertise is our special practical ability that enables us to run unique courses. The result is reinforced co-operation and greater confidence.

We believe that awareness and accountability are essential driving forces in human and organisational development.

We focus on finding the happy and successful situations. These moments contain behaviour and language patterns that are used constructively for positive change. This method had proved far more effective than focusing on failed attempts - it is a waste of time to try to "learn by mistakes".

HOW WE CREATE LEARNING
The customers contact SiriusPartner because they need a well-qualified partner that can help to start and support a development process for employees in the company or for the whole or parts of the organisation.

All SiriusPartner courses are characterised by a special educational learning process, which is organised on the basis of active involvement of the participants from start to finish.

The 6 fundamental elements are defined by SiriusPartner as:

  • Reality - the starting point is the participant´s own daily life, reality and needs
  • Challenge - the atmosphere is both challenging and topical
  • Dialogue - there is equal dialogue between all the involved parties
  • Reflection - participants are given "food for thought" and the opportunity for new realisation
  • Variation - there is variation in perspectives, methods and teaching, in order to optimise benefits
  • Action - it is important to us that insight and realisation are followed up by action
