The analysis is based on Ichak Adizes theory of the management role and on more than 30 years of comprehensive experience with personal development and management development in public and private companies. It is also built on Danish and international surveys of future management tasks and a solid theoretical foundation.
It is easy to believe that personal profiles can provide definitive truths. This analysis is, however, only intended as a guide and the test must be followed up by a qualified dialogue with the test person.
