When you are on your way through Greenland's beautiful, harsh and endless landscape, your daily routines will be set aside and new challenges will arise all the time. The polar researcher Knud Rasmussen knew this and the people who have covered the distance in the Sirius patrol also know it.
The heart of SiriusX is a journey in Greenland's unbelievable nature. Nobody can predict what will happen during the day, as Greenland acts as a classroom, so you will need your own ability to co-operate in order to meet the challenges and safeguard the way forward. It will give you a unique opportunity to get to know yourself better as a person, a partner and as a leader.
The journey will inspire you to think in new ways and will give you renewed energy to develop your strengths. SiriusX is targeted training that systematically exploits the unique conditions in Greenland to create the development of personal competence.
In the winter, SiriusX is held in March and takes place on dog sleds in the beautiful Greenland hills.
In the summer, SiriusX is held in August and is a canoe/trecking trip in the hills, where we sleep in tents.
We arrange SiriusX as both an internal process for management training for management teams or as open courses every year.
