SiriusPartner's team analysis gives the companies a powerful development tool to bring employees and teams onto the right track.
Before a course in team building, we offer to perform a mini analysis of how the employees rate the current co-operation in the team. The analysis must clarify which phase the team is in.
Based on the analysis, we compile a programme that focuses on the team's most important points for development and trains the areas of strength. In this way, the team analysis ensures the optimal benefit from the course.
After a time, we measure again to see the effect of the programme and the activities that were started.
